Joy In The Morning – Learn How To Live With Joy

Living with joy can sometimes be a challenge. However, by the grace of God for those who have accepted the Lord as their Savior, it is possible, and probable. When things appear to be going against our will, we tend to experience this as pain, suffering, or that we are having a bad day.

Recognizing that we are in control of our feelings, and that we have the choice to live in joy, or in fear is the first step to creating a life full of joy and positivity. Just being privileged to know Jesus Christ should give us joy. Joyful living is possible even when life is not at it’s best.

One principle that we all need to acquire is the ability to see all situations, people, and events from a positive perspective. Instead of viewing bad things in life as a prompt to get upset and angry, try to view the “bad things” as lessons that are helping you grow. In all essence, it is the bad things that teach the most, and help you to become as whole of an individual as possible.

Too many times, we think that the outer world, the physical reality is creating our day, causing us to be sad or unhappy; however, the opposite is true. We create our day; we create the circumstances for joyous living, and one reason specifically is that we have not taken the time to remember we are a child of the King.

Joy is similar to happiness in that it is a choice, it can live in any soil, and it is God given. Jesus in His wait for Judas’ betrayal was sad in heart that this man, who had followed Him, would then betray Him. However, the results was a mission Christ had commitment to, therefore he accepted the betrayal as part of His ultimate sacrifice.

The most important lesson is that “beingness” precedes experience. In order to be happy, we first need to “be happy” inside, in our spiritual self. When we have given our heart to Jesus Christ, our joy should be flowing over. This internal happiness in our soul radiates outward through every cell of our bodies. It then creates the outer experience of a smile, or a laugh, or an intimate connection between two people. It is in this “beingness” that we have the ability to see and to choose our feelings, desires, goals, and dreams. This will then enables us to manifest an outer reality based on our soul cleansing and satisfaction.

We create the reality in which we experience joy, anger, love, and fear from within us. Too often, our mind tries to tell us otherwise. Because we have that ability, and the free will of choice, it can become our reality. We can make that conscious choice to try to just be happier, more grateful, and let our joy be known. This happiness and joy will never come if you are looking outside of your spiritual self-first. Because, what we just learned is that in order to be happy we have to have the internal feeling of happiness and joy that will create happiness in our daily lives. Remember that your beliefs about reality create your experience of it.

So, start your morning with joy. Be joyful that God has chosen you. He chose you to live a life of peace and contentment, and full of joy. With the Spirit of God within, you will be able to change your negatives into positives, gain clarity, and open your heart by looking inside yourself.

When we start changing our spiritual self from inside, the universe will respond to us in ways in which we could never imagine. The ability to start manifesting your goals and dreams is already inside of you. Take the leap to start living in joy today.

If you do not know Christ; and do not understand the joy of The Lord, write to us and let us know. We will be happy to help you find this joy in Jesus Christ.

“And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be save, and they house.” Acts 16:31

“Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.” 1 John 4: 15

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11: 28 – 30
